LOreal Professional Address Female Hair Thinning With Confidence Campaign

After finding that 76% of women suffer from hair thinning concernsAfter finding that 76% of women suffer from hair thinning concerns, and 80% of women experience a dramatic loss in confidence after experiencing these problems, L’Oréal Professionel have introduced the Confidence Campaign, in conjunction with their Serioxyl Fuller Hair Growth Super Serums.

Hair thinning occurs when the hair follicles enter a prolonged dormant phase and when the hair bulb activity is reduced.

This provokes lack of hair density, resulting in less hair per square centimetre, and a smaller hair diameter, leading to concerns of density, strength, vitality and even hair loss, which can lead to anxiety and depression.

After launching Serioxyl in late 2014, adding a necessary female-centric product to a market dominated by male-targeted ranges, the brand has followed up with the Confidence Campaign.

By having real women trial the products over three months, the campaign shed light on the growing sense of inner confidence found when using the serum.

Comprised of two customized kits, one for colour treated hair and the other for natural hair, Serioxyl addresses the five main physical signs of thinning hair – loss in density, loss in volume, brittle hair fibres, thinner looking hair and slow hair growth.

A combination of Stemoxydine 5%, Neohesperidin, Glucoboost + Incell, Intra-Cylane and Styling Polymers serve to stimulate, strengthen and redensify the hair.

Launching the new L’Oréal Professionel Serioxyl Thicker Hair Serum alongside their Serioxyl Denser Hair Serum, the duo are made to promote fulller hair – and boost the confidence of women with every strengthened fibre.
