2021 USA Men’s Mullet Contest Is Back and The Party Continues

In 2020 the Michigan based contest went viral in September with kids all over the country showing off their mullets!

Since the Mullet haircut is bigger and crazier this year it was only fitting that the contest gets bigger and better. The season kicked off earlier this year with the 55+ contest called the LEGENDS and currently, the ladies are fighting for the best FEMULLET in all the land.

Now it is time for the Co-main event this year featuring the top men’s talent from across the USA. The contest is virtual and will take place on social media and the company’s website https://mulletchamp.com

The USA Mullet Championships has teamed up with the presenting sponsor Manscaped to offer up a cash prize of $2500 to the first place winner as well as the official Manscaped.com Trophy that will be debuting this year.

Even more exciting is that the prize pool will grow just like the hair flow does for many of these guys. The contest has a $10 entry fee to join in the fun but don’t worry because the money will go far to help push the limits of the contest and raise some cash for a charity.

Kevin Begola, the president of the USA Mullet Championships wanted to help out veterans who are battling after being in the service, so he teamed up with Stop Solider Suicide. Half of each entry fee will go to help this organization and the plan is to help out as much as we can and the other money will build the total prize cash pool.

Other sponsors this year are Pit Viper which is the official Sunglass sponsor of the contest, Titanium-Buzz.com and Bridge Street Exchange are also on board as brands that focus on men’s wedding bands and men’s clothing and gift items. Don’t worry because there will be other prize packs for the runner ups and the company plans on having more fun along the way.

Kevin Begola (President of the USA Mullet Championships) has also lined up another kid contest later in 2021 after the men’s contest wraps up. Stay tuned for this fall because the champ from last season Jax Crossland is ready to defend his title.

“We had a ton of fun in 2020 and now the Mullet haircut is all over the USA and world. We want to have some fun and support the mullet community and also give back along the way. This contest continues to grow and we have big plans for the next year of Mullets here in the USA. We would love to see more in-person events going into the next year and get people back together for some fun!” -Kevin Begola
