After having lost her hair at age 11, Kayla went on to fulfill her life dream of being Miss Delaware and a finalist in Miss America Pageant.
Kayla willingly shares the difficulty being a teenager with no hair and how her Mother helped build her self-esteem. Kayla found her best solution and jokingly says you need hair to pin on the crown!
So many women suffer from thinning or severe hair loss, more than 30 million women in the USA, and the biggest obstacle is knowing where to go and who to trust to find treatment and solutions.
For the past three years, Kayla has been touring the USA educating women about hair loss causes and solutions and connecting them to reputable hair loss studios in their home market.
“Having toured with Kayla over the past years” states hair loss expert Flora Fuentes, owner of the new Unique Hair Concepts, “I am thrilled to now have a hair loss studio of my own and to be able to introduce Kayla to the local market in Westchester County. There’s no ‘right solution’ because what works for one person is likely to fail for someone else. With our unique process, we help woman find their individual solution.
Every woman deserves to feel beautiful with a full head of hair.”

Additional speaker Rhonda McCarthy from Ft Lauderdale, FL, adds “Women experiencing thinning or hair loss tend to have no idea how common an experience and think they are all alone; concerned that they have done something to cause their problem.
For this reason, we have established the Women’s Hair Loss Seminars and are touring the US to provide education on what are the causes and affordable solutions. This is our third year, and have had tremendous feedback from women throughout the US. They love meeting with Kayla, sharing of experiences, and knowing they are not alone.”
Women attending will receive a free hair and scalp analysis during a confidential consultation. Refreshments will be served. This Westchester County event will be hosted at Unique Hair Concepts, 547 Saw Mill Road, Suite 2D, Ardsley, NY 10502. Seminar will be Tuesday, January 13, 2015, 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
